- General introduction to mind reading,
mind control, mind rape
- Mind control is a controversial subject
most importantly because more desinformation has been released about mind
control than with any other subject. Mind control is very real however and
was performed by our national secret services yesterday and is performed
by our national secret services today! Mind control is about the
controlling the mind and can have a lot of appearances. You might be
controlled by subjective propaganda in your favorite news paper, or on
your favorite television channel. But you may be brainwashed by certain
drugs or voices beamed into your head because some people do not like you.

- As most of the articles in my blog, this one also is based on my
personal experience and observations. Shortly after the attacks on me
started in 2000 I told a friend that they wanted to enter my head, my
mind. I did not know about mind control, mind reading, gang stalking
(organized stalking), electronic harassment at that time. But that is how
it felt then, and I think it was a good summary of what was being done. I
managed to keep the bastards out, but it took me about three years to
adjust my way of thinking. I did this by learning of the evil cowards that

I could not believe things like this were done and police looking the
other way. I also learned about beyond imagination mental and physical
pain inflicted on me, about fear. But now I know who they are and what
they are. Only after accepting these facts I was able to develop what I
call a new part of me. This new part allows me to switch on-the-fly
between normal life and the life a person should not have to live. So, you
can say I am not mind controlled or mind altered but that I developed a
new extra piece of mind optimized to deal with the psychopaths of our

- Gang stalking and electronic harassment are mind rape
- Gang stalking (organized stalking) and electronic
harassment/electronic torture are illegal methods and techniques often
used by our secret services to eliminate their targets. These methods and
techniques are used to drive the target into such a state of insanity that
he/she commits suicide, collapses as a psychiatric patient, commits a
crime or collapses/dies of continuous suffering, in other words, the world
must believe something was wrong with him/her. Gang stalking and
electronic harassment are tools that are used to murder a person mentally
or physically. Not in a moment of rage but systematically, like turning
pages in a book, we are talking about premeditated murder here. The mind
of the target is forced into such a a state that he/she will do everything

electronic harassment are used to rape the mind of a target over and over
again until the target collapses mentally or physically. . Note that a
target may be murdered by other traditional methods as well like

State-of-technology
- By experience I know high tech equipment
exists to monitor human body muscle movement, brain. I do not know if you
have to be chipped to be a proper transmitter but personally believe this
is not necessary. Let me give you an idea of the sensitivity of this
through-wall monitoring equipment by the following examples: Detection of
body movement When you are a target of gang stalking (organized stalking)
the attackers try to drive you insane by reacting to everything you do
most of the time being your body movements. Raise your arm and a door at a
neighbor house is slammed, every time you turn on the other side in bed a
dog somewhere outside barks, etc. Detection of minimal breathing changes
If you hold your breath in bed a little bit longer than normal, a sound is
made somewhere in your house. This is pretty amazing but it is only a
fraction of what can be done. Detection of closed eyes eye movement Now
you lay completely quiet in your bed, you relax and breath normally, your
eyes are closed. With your eyes closed and relaxed turn your eyeballs
without moving any other body part, without changing breathing, etc. At
the same time you turn your eyeballs a sound is made, e. g. a bang on the
wall, someone coughing outside. This is not a coincidence, every time you
try this, a reaction follows. Of course this reacting can be classified as
horrible torture, violation of all human rights, and the ones applying
this kind of torture are the sick and disturbed of the planet, garbage of
society. But it is equally important to recognize the existence of such
equipment and what can be done with it. The human body (including its
brain) is an electromagnetic transmitter and high tech equipment is
available to pick up its signals. Technology has been developed and
refined the last decades. Advances in computer technology make it possible
to decode these signals from the human body when reading or controlling
the body and mind. Also, because most of this technology uses high
frequency bands, the walls of your house or office are no barrier for
these signals and distances can be hundreds of meters. Compare a mobile
phone used inside your house, you can receive calls and dial the number of
a friend.
- Mind reading
- I have never experienced other
mind reading than mind reading based on subvocal speech. Subvocal speech
is based on the fact that most (jaw) muscle movement is identical to
speaking when speaking silently to oneself. When we think we often talk to
ourselves without speaking the words. High tech equipment receives these
muscle movements and translates into words. This really must be a not too
difficult technique to apply. Mind reading may be done covert, i. e.
without the target knowing about it. Some years ago a Russian military
officer said that they had done mind reading on President Boris Yeltsin
and had prevented him to speak about a certain subject. If they want to
torture the target they let the target know that they are reading his
mind. After the attacks started in 2000 and I was being watched 24/7, my
thoughts were the only thing private. Then I got feedback about what I was
thinking, a truely horrible experience, all privacy gone. After recovering
from this discovery I did a lot of testing, what could they read, could
they see what I saw, etc. It is not everything you think of they can read.
It is in fact possible to send different information, wrong information to
your mind readers. Mind reading used to torture and murder is just another
example of the horrible crimes committed by your national secret services.
- Mind control
- Because of the attacks on me I now have a
lot of personal experience with mind control. Emails referring to things
in your life, people walking by talking words relating to your life,
people staring at you everywhere you go, phone calls when you want to
leave, traffic jams to make you miss appointments, preventing you to
sleep, pigeons flying over you screaming when you leave your house (even
crashing into your windows or car), poisoning, coughing on tv to react, in
fact an endless list of criminal activities. I am not influenced very easy
by these kind of things but must add that probably every person can break
if applied with methods that make you very tired, exhausted. There have
been three types of mind control based on electronic weapons I believe I
have been subjected to:
- Hearing voices
- They force
voices or sounds into your head. When the attack on me started in 2000 and
I was on the beach, voices of people I could see but could not have heard
because of the distance, came to me crystal clear. An amazing experience.
Much later, something alike was done when I was in the swimming pool, with
my ears under water I could hear sounds as if above water. These effects
may be easy to accomplish using infrasound (there is an mp3 player for
swimmers. They just vibrate your bones, your skull). Induced dreams They
make you dream about certain things you normally do not dream about. Not
too long ago I woke up with an exceptional memory of a dream I had. I had
induced dreams some years ago and maybe their common characteristic is the
level of detail you can remember from these dreams. You do not have to dig
to get the full story, it is there already. Induced dreams are very common
for gang stalking and electronic harassment victims. Forcing a thought
into your brain There were occasions where a thought kept returning many
times a day for a period of 1-2 weeks. But it was easy to force it away.
When this happened I had to think about reports of mind control victims
and thought that perhaps they were forcing some thoughts or patterns into
me too. Having read about mind control, it made me think that it may have
been induced by electronic devices aimed at my head. Though not 100%, I am
95% certain that it was induced like the induced dreams. So here we have
other methods used by our secret services to (illegally) control human
beings. If you do not know about this technology and its capabilities than
you will be confused, may be following the thought that was planted into
your brain. Or you may start to believe that you are not normal thinking
so much about a subject, may be a man, a woman, an event in your life. You
may be forced thoughts into your brain and never knowing the difference
from normal thinking. This way people can be controlled e. g. in their
attitude against other people, e. g. a secret services target. It is also
possible this way to covertly set up someone to hate the royal family, to
hate their government, some well-known person. I leave it to your
imagination what you can do more when applied with other more conventional
mind control methods like secret services agents saying certain things,
creating events to influence. This certainly is a way to create enemies
(and then call them terrorists) and I believe it is being done this way .
Children may be very easily controlled by beaming voices into their heads,
especially small children as they have no reference to what is normal.
This can be done to have the child react to an event in the life of gang
stalking (organized stalking)/electronic harassment target. For example, a
secret services target is thinking of person X and his sub-vocal speech is
read, and then within 30 seconds the child says something about person X.
If this is a pattern then the child can be assumed mind controlled and
used to drive the secret services target out-of-his-mind. Another example
might be to set up a child against one of the seperated partners, etc.
- Mind rape
- Mind reading and mind control sometimes is
refered to as mind rape. The reason is that in general mind reading is not
used to observe but instead to control a person in illegal ways or to

We are at a point in history where the scale, reach, capabilities of these
devices has become such that measures must be taken to prevent misuse
because that is exactly what is happening right now. Although attacking
the mind of a person is a very serious crime under current law, it is good
to implement new laws specifically addressing the attack of the mind. Also
methods and equipment must be developed that can be used to detect and
disturb e. g. cheap detecting devices that can be used by police and
citizens also to be used in a court of law, and devices to jam or scramble
our own important brain frequencies (preventing scanning of the brain),
etc. Secret services are NOT good, in fact nothing is good about them.
They have become depots of psychopaths, murderers, child abusers. It is
against the law to perform mind reading, mind control, mind rape, on a
person, it is a violation of human rights. Still they do it because the
culture has become that everything can be done what cannot be proven (and
if someone tries to prove it, he or she is simply eliminated). This is not
normal, it is a crime, it is sick. We cannot rely on secret services
changing by themselves, why should they. They don’t want investigations,
they don’t want to go to jail. We have to disassemble them ourselves,
break them apart. Jail them for the people they have murdered, for the
lives of children they have destroyed.

mainly consists of murderers and child abusers, in fact most secret

They have been made accomplices to murder one and know that they have to

the past, elite and secret services managed to expand and control because

At state level secret services have a continuous need for new agents. They

mentally and/or physically murdered and in this process new agents are
recruited. It is ironic that most people recruited are lower class and in

Department reviews the lawfulness of the tasks performed by the General
Intelligence and Security Service (AIVD) and the Military Intelligence and
Security Service (MIVD). According to a 4 March 2024 letter from outgoing
prime minister Mark Rutte: 'Relations within the CTIVD board have been
disrupted, and the current composition of the CTIVD offers no room for

elite and secret services did not. They are still the same murderers they
once were and can only maintain themselves by fighting enemies, by

psychiatrists are criminals The approvers of the DSM (Diagnostic and
Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) IV, as well as the ones using this
manual (like psychiatrists) or requiring a DSM diagnose (like health
insurance companies) are criminals. This manual categorizes symptoms
caused by (almost) not-to-prove harrassment as being symptoms of a mental
disease. What a disgrace! Examples of such harrasment are non-technical
people attacked by high-tech crimes, and attacks by secret police and
secret services. In the latter case the attacks have been specifically
designed not to leave evidence and consist of gang stalking methods and/or
directed energy weapons, mind control and/or mind reading weapons. Persons
being attacked these ways will go the police but the police will say that
they cannot help and that you should go to your physican. The physican
will say that you can be given medicine to make you not see these things
and send you to a psychiatrist. The psychiatrist asks what your symtoms
are, takes the DSM IV, soon V, and concludes you have a mental disorder
while in fact there is nothing wrong with you! Many people that are
attacked as described above will take the medicine that the psychiatrist
advices, they can go nowhere and desperately hope this will reduce their
unbearable pains. Summarizing, we can say that in these cases the
psychiatrist commits the following three crimes: 1) the psychiatrist does
not recognize that perhaps you are attacked by sinister crimes, or does
not try to find a solution based on the fact that you are attacked these
ways 2) the psychiatrist prescribes medicine that immediately marks you a
lifetime psychiatric patient and does not tell you this 3) the
psychiatrist prescribes (most of the time) a medicine that has at least a
small percentage making things worse, possibly even increasing the chance
that makes you commit suicide (also note that no proof has ever been given
that medicine solves the problem in these cases).

disorders. The essential empathy component is missing often resulting in

and would eat their own children to achieve their goals (or stay
out-of-jail) because they just don't care. They failed as human beings and

commit crimes day-by-day to stay out of jail, in fact confirming their own

and at other positions with power, including our secret services and
military. If you take for example Obama, Bush, Clinton, Panetta, Petraeus,
Gates, etc. and check their behaviour against psychopathy syptoms lists
then they will all score the minimum of required behaviours. They are
responsible for the deaths of hundred thousands, for destroyed countries,
and then for example Obama says on Januari 24, 2012 that 'everybody must
play by the same rules'. This is just typical for psychopaths, express how
powerful they are and never take responsibility for their actions.
Powerful psychopaths are very afraid being found out. So they create
events to distract us, buy the media to brainwash us and lie to us. Also
they make new laws, like the USA Patriot Act, not to protect them or their
countries against terrorists (are there any terrorists anyway?) but to
protect themselves against the normal people who just want to take them to
court and jail them for all the horrible crimes they have committed, for
all the deaths of innocent people they have caused. I suggest we
immediately send the mental heath care to these persons, to pick them up
and make sure sure they stay in a mental institution for the rest of their
lives so they cannot hurt other people anymore.

can go to court. In this day and age it seems that people do not talk to

US everyone has the right to possess a weapon, imagine people carrying
around one or more electronic weapons.

being finished off by secret services using electronic weapons and gang
stalking worldwide every year. People are being driven out of their mind,

obscure. Stealing ideas, wanting to have a house in a strategic place,
being used as human guinea pigs, being blamed for anything or personal

world is to stop your national secret services. Breaking laws and
violating human rights in horrible ways has become a way of life. They are

attacks are from the sky, i. e. from military aircraft, including
helicopters, gliders, etc. Often they are not only aimed at you but also

also have portable equipment, to look through walls and to burn and cook
you, and mind control you. When you go to a hotel they just check in
somewhere near and attack you from that location.

torture. A number of years ago they also started following and stalking me
with military aircraft where ever I go. I am also shot (often cooked

weapons, (also) when these aircraft are around. The visible military
aircraft may or may not be involved in shooting me, but function to
distract, but the least they do is stalk me which is serious crime. My
minimum conclusion is that the person who arranged (gave the initial

performed in conjunction with electronic harassment (burn/cook/destroy
through walls, (sub-vocal)mind-reading) is most of the time organized,
performed, outsourced by national (or local) secret services. Many people
that are asked to co-operate, e. g. : to walk or drive by the victim’s
house at certain moments to go outside when the victim leaves or enters
its home to ask the victim a certain question do not want to believe that
they are part of a sinister plan to eliminate the victim. They are told
lies and start co-operating thinking it is a good thing to do. Then after
some time they realize that what they are doing is wrong, that they are
committing a crime. Still, many continue to co-operate, but now because
they are afraid that everybody will know that they are criminals, and that
they may be treated the way the victim is treated.

stalkers and people cookers are murderers The victim is a person placed on
a list to be eliminated. Once the process starts there is no way back. It
is important to emphasize that running away, moving to another location
does not help as the victim is targeted everywhere he goes. This process

natural cause. They are replaced by the principle: create enemy, assembly
allies. to steal Companies are ruined so their own companies get the
business, money is stolen so they can ‘pay’ the gang stalkers and people
cookers, etc. to perform experiments on people By first testing it on
ordinary people, they can use proven methods and technology on well-known
persons like politicians, activists, persons in jail, top athletes &
top sports people and teams, etc.

stalking or cooking/burning does not stop until the aim is reached, being

- Dear Bioethics Commission, Ms. Gutman, Members and
Staff: This letter is sent in support, for those attending the Bioethics
Committee Meeting, whose issues and very strong concerns are nonconsensual
experimentation. Unauthorized human subject testing is not permitted in
this country, or internationally. U. S. Codes and laws state that the
informed consent of the human subject is necessary for any experiments on
human beings. The Nuremberg Code (1947), The Wilson Directive (1953),
Belmont Report (1974) and 45 CFR 46 (Common Rule), all clearly delineate
this. This is an accepted, normal code of practice in this country. In
recent history, unfortunately, many times, this code has been breached.
The military/intelligence community and some of the health agencies have,
in fact, conducted secret experiments on U. S. citizens. The Tuskegee
syphilis experiments, the Guatamalan syphilis experiments, the MKUltra
Project experiments, Agent Orange studies, the Holmesburg Prison
experiments, military mustard gas experiments, drug experimentation at
Fort Detrick, Maryland, radiation/plutonium experiments and other
nonconsensual experiments, have been conducted on unwitting American
citizens, since at least 1930.
- This quote: “For 40 years, the U.
S. Public Health Service has conducted a study in which human guinea pigs,
not given proper treatment, have died of syphilis and its side effects,"
Associated Press reporter Jean Heller wrote on July 25, 1972. "The study
was conducted to determine from autopsies what the disease does to the
human body." 1 illustrates one exposure of some of these unauthorized
tests.
- If these nonconsensual experiments had not been exposed,
would they have continued? Would the ethical and moral conscience of the
“testors” determined that these tests would end? It doesn’t seem to have
had that effect, in our past history. Testing seems to have continued,
after the Tuskegee experiments were exposed. A Brown University
dissertation tells us that, “more often than not scientific research lies
outside the beneficient context of the physician-patient relationship
whereby the physician's primary goal is now motivated by a scientific
hypothesis and not to treat the patient,” in their definition of the
Nuremberg Code’s creation. 2 Tuskegee litigation determined that there
were indeed serious legal violations: “The men became unwitting subjects
for a government sanctioned medical investigation, The Tuskegee Study of
Untreated Syphilis in the Negro Male. The Tuskegee Study, which lasted for
4 decades, until 1972, had nothing to do with treatment. No new drugs were
tested; neither was any effort made to establish the efficacy of old forms
of treatment. It was a non-therapeutic experiment, aimed at compiling data
on the effects of the spontaneous evolution of syphilis on black males.
What has become clear since the story was broken by Jean Heller in 1972
was that the Public Health Service (PHS) was interested in using Macon
County and its black inhabitants as a laboratory for studying the
long-term effects of untreated syphilis, not in treating this deadly
disease.
- The Tuskegee Study symbolizes the medical misconduct
and blatant disregard for human rights that takes place in the name of
science. The studies principal investigators were not mad scientists, they
were government physicians, respected men of science, who published
reports on the study in the leading medical journals. The subjects of the
study bear witness to the premise that the burden of medical
experimentation has historically been borne by those least able to protect
themselves. (tuskegee. edu, "America’s Dirty Little Secret). The
government doctors who participated in the study failed to obtain informed
consent from the subjects in a study of disease with a known risk to human
life. By failing to obtain informed consent and offering incentives for
participation, the PHS doctors were performing unethical and immoral
experiments on human subjects. From the moment the experiment begun, the
immorality of the experiment was blatantly apparent. ” 3
- In a
latter day nonconsensual experimentation, claimant Strom (Strom v. Boeing
Case Wash SuperCt King County No. 88-2-10752-1) and his fellow claimants
received a large cash award because of the unwitting experimentation they
experienced, incurred by the Boeing defense contractor, in Washington
State. Boeing had experimented on Mr. Strom and others, with a pulsed
electromagnetic device. In his claim, Mr. Strom alleged he was assigned to
test a piece of equipment called a “pulser”, which generates high levels
of electromagnetic pulses, (EMP) as part of a program to develop an
electromagnetic gun for the federal government’s Stratetic Defense
Initiative. What Mr. Strom didn’t know at that time, was that he too, not
only the “pulser”, was being tested for his reactions to the EMP and for
epidemiological data on the effects of the radiation. This data was shared
in medical references and never revealed to the workers. Mr. Strom
developed chronic leukemia and later died. Exposures to radiation are
deemed harmful. The American Medical Association has just released an
article that documents the harm that radiation can do to human beings. 4.
In this era of changing and lightening-swift scientific/technological
developments and research, when data is transmitted with the speed of the
blink of an eye, we need to make sure ethics, works side by side with
these scientific advances and all experimentation, including that done for
such governmental agencies as the Strategic Defense Initiative are
consensual. To do less, is to potentially harm and deny basic,
constitutional guarantees, to American citizens. This Committee exists to
ensure that ethics, ethical principals and specifically consensual, as
opposed to nonconsensual experimenation, is at work in in all biological
and scientific endeavors. We support that goal and aim of this Committee
and ask that you work to ensure, that these goals become an important
reality. We write in support of unwitting test subjects. We ask that you
listen to those speaking today, support them, and work towards
identifying, exposing and stopping illegal, unauthorized human subject
testing in the U. S. We ask that you make this a priority, determine that
it is vitally important and needs immediate action and investigation. We
thank you for the commission’s existence and for your attention to this
crucial matter.

- Alleged
survivors on Barack Obama’s Targeted Kill List have presented to Senator
Ron Wyden of Oregon evidence of being slowly killed while used for
barbaric, cruel and unusual, torturous research, according to a letter
released to Before It’s News on Wednesday. In a historic attempt for
recognition and aid, a Targeted Killing advocacy group has presented
documentation of the United States intelligence community applying covert
slow-kill methods to silence victims while using them for research in
American communities. Citizens Against Nonconsensual Research (CANR), that
supports Wyden’s position on this important national issue, says its
primary issue is non-consensual experimentation, including directed energy
weapon testing, on unwitting citizens, according to Lynn Weed, co-director
of CANR.
- “A secondary issue is the ‘citizen kill list,’” Weed
says. “By the very nature of our issues and claims, many members believe
they may have been placed on a FISA, Patriot, and/or, may be placed on a
secret ‘citizen kill’ list. ” Weed is a paralegal and has been a target
victim advocate since 2001, when targeting individuals escalated under the
Bush administration after 9/11. At least 2000 Americans targeted under
Secret Law New FBI rules enable agents to “infiltrate organizations,
search household trash, use surveillance teams, search databases, conduct
lie detector tests, even without suspicion of any wrongdoing. ” (See: FBI
Cointelpro intensifies against Targeted Individuals. ) “We are presenting
here, expert signal evidence reports, witnessing unauthorized human
experimentation, using directed energy transmitters,” Weed told Wyden. “We
include specific testimony, and clear infrared photography. ” CANR says,
“This problem is nationwide, involving at least 2,000 citizens. ”. In
recent months, U. S. Sen. Wyden has been ramping up efforts to address the
Intelligence Community’s reliance on secret interpretations of
surveillance law, arguing that while “Intelligence agencies need to be
able to conduct operations in secret, even secret operations need to be
conducted within the bounds of established, publicly understood law,” his
website states. “Wyden has been pressing the Intelligence Community to
disclose more information about how it interprets surveillance law since
2008, while increasingly raising concerns – in both classified and
unclassified settings – that there is a significant gap between what the
American people and most members of Congress believe is legal under laws
like the Patriot Act and how government agencies are interpreting the law.

- People allegdely
included on Barack Obama’s kill list, who have managed to organize and
come forward, include professionals, whistleblowers, and survivors of
earlier experimentation survivors. “There is apparent involvement of the
intelligence/military, in a covert capacity, directing these actions,” the
CANR letter states. “We believe this may involve activities of known
mil/intel existing, contracting agencies, such as Blackwater (now Ze),
Haliburton and others. ” According to CANR, the wrongdoings illegal and
harmful acts include a variety of tactics used against people on the list,
including: secret experimentation, harassment, attempts to discredit the
complaining victim or whistle blowing parties. “We find your position on
the “kill” list to be humane, democratic, and lawful,” CANR wrote to
Wyden. “When any governmental branch steps beyond lawful boundaries, or
isn’t forthcoming with “secret” laws, senate investigation and oversight
is vital. “America is not and by democratic intention, never will be
totalitarian,” Wyden has asserted.
- The letter highlights the
Church Senate Subcommittee Hearings that found experimentation on
unwitting dissidents to be unethical and illegal. “As the hearings
concluded, the CIA and the military were directed to find unwitting
citizens, who had been experimented on and notify them of these tests in
1976. To date, it would seem that this has not happened. “As can be
clearly seen from the plaintiff’s information in the Vietnam Veterans’
case, the experimentation continued on, until at least 1966 (when Bruce’s
implants were placed in his head. ) The covert and non-consensual
experimentation did not stop. While some individuals claim to be implanted
implanted without their knowledge or consent, CANR presents hard evidence
of this human rights abuse. “We represent a group of people who “remember”
and who have found evidence of similar implantation. These are the
‘unwitting members of the public’ who were experimented on. The Vets’
lawsuit is filed for military personnel who were consciously involved in
MKUltra experimentation. “As the Church SS noted, there were members of
the unwitting public who were experimented on without their knowledge of
consent. Many were children. “We represent those children who are now
adults, dealing with memories and personal invasions, such as implants,”
CANR states. The letter says that the U. S. military spoke of “shock and
awe” in its Iraqi military action. “They refer to a device called the
“Voice of God” to frighten Iraqi ground troops. This is a microwave audio
(form of EM) transmission device. These are the types of directed energy
(EM, MW) weapons our group complains of being exposed to, in seemingly

one, due to their activism on this very issue,” CANR says.

transmission of EM energy from one point to another is silent and unseen.
Using miniaturized portable devices, it is possible to test and harass a
human subject in one apartment from another, in one room from another, in
one building from another. Even though it is illegal, it is very hard to
prove that a transmission of microwaves or EM signals, is occurring. “Some
EM devices can cause human muscles to spasm, and vibrate, and it can cause
nerve pain. This targeting, with bioelectric weapons, can occur in the
individual’s home, workplace or on the street. These weapons, such as one

interested in people that are interested in technology. I have found a
high percentage of targeted individuals to be people who are either
interested in or have information on highly advanced technologies, usually
having to do with Directed
- Energy Weapons (DEWs) and Frequency
Weapons. The exact kind of weapons that we’re talking about,

here that are used in voice to skull and behavior modification that works.
There are many other aspects to the technology. But once these people are
selected, they will have the entire gang stalking/voice to skull run
against them. This is detailed in my article. But they will be organized
stalked. They will have career sabotage programs run against them to ruin
their job. They will have character assassination campaigns run against
them in their neighborhood. They’ll be isolated from family and friends as
those individuals are turned against them. And they will be isolated
slowly, and slowly over time, using the technology itself, as many of the
people freak out understandably when they at first don’t know what it is,
often times they end up going to psychiatrists, and a false diagnoses of
schizophrenia, manic depression, delusion, delusional paranoid are
rendered against them. And it turns out that’s a loophole in the law that
they are using to take away a peoples
- constitutional rights, as
once you are deemed mentally unfit to care for yourself, i. e. , your
depressed, delusional, paranoid, etc. , they use that, the state or the
federal government uses that as an excuse to come in and say that they
have to care for you. So I would warn all targeted individuals out there
to please do not go to psychiatrists and allow them to render a diagnosis
against you because that is a dirty trick they’re using to take away the
rights of people all over the country. ,
